General Information
POODLE SPECIALTY - NATIONAL SHOW
-ALL Poodle Breeds: Multi-Colored / Solid - Toy, Miniature, or Standard-
Refund / Cancelation Policy
-Entry cancellations must be received in writing prior to the closing or pre-entries. Cancellation requests must be emailed to the event secretary. Requests must include the dogs UKC #, breed and name. Cancellations received by telephone or social media will NOT be accepted.
-NO refund of entry fees will be made for entries canceled after the pre-entry closing date and time.
-A $3.00 fee per entry will be added to all online entries.
-Cancellations submitted before the close of entries will be charged $10 per entered class. No entries will be refunded after the pre-entry closing date and time.
-Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by veterinarian or judge or barred from competition by action of the event committee.
-In the event that there is a judge change, a refund will be granted minus the recording fee for each entry/dog.
-No refund if exhibitor is sick or injured or death in the family. No refund for personal accidents.
-If, because of extreme weather, a pandemic, riots, civil disturbance or other acts beyond control of the host organization, it is impossible to open or to complete an event, no refund of entry fees will be made.
-Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The club will add a $35 fee for each returned check.
-The show giving club, their agents and employees, etc. assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers or any of their dogs or property.
