General Information
REFUND POLICY:
-If a refund is requested prior to the closing date, the refund will be honored. If the entry is cancelled after the Pre-Entry closing date, a refund will not be provided.
-If a female comes into season, 50% of the entry fee will be refunded, if a veterinarian's statement to that is received after the pre-entry deadline and at least 24 hours before the start of the trial.
-If a team is excused from the trial grounds due to issues of safety or conduct, no refund will be offered.
