Send on-line payments: through Venmo or PayPal (family and friends) to our club treasurer Peter Simenauer at petersimenauer@gmail.com, 269-352-4001. If using a credit card through PayPal, please add 5%. No entries will be taken without payment.
Event notes: Entries will be limited to 150 dogs total. PRE-ENTRIES ONLY! There will be NO Day of show entries. Judging program will be posted on the North American Briard Club Facebook page and website, the week of the show.
SPOT TESTING will be held on Saturday for $20 from 9-11 a.m. and 2-4 p.m.. The evaluator is Jennifer Landers.
The theme for the weekend is GLITZ & GLAM. Exhibitors are encouraged to wear Glitz & Glam all weekend in the ring and also to decorate their set-ups and participate in the costume parade with their dogs on Saturday during the lunch hour. Multiple nice prizes will be given for Best Set-Up, Best Exhibitor Costume and Best Dog Costume! There will be a decorated GLITZ & GLAM self-serve photography area so that you may take your own photos.
Best of the Best is offered on Sunday. After the Best in Show judging on Sunday, all of the winners of Best in Show, Reserve Best in Show, Best Altered in Show, Best Veteran and Best Novice Puppy from all six shows will compete for BEST OF THE BEST! This is a very prestigious award and the winner will receive a gorgeous rosette and very nice prize.
All dogs completing new conformation titles at any of these shows will receive a special neck ribbon award medallion.
We will hold a raffle with many wonderful items so please bring some extra cash to purchase tickets. The money from the raffle helps to defray the cost of having such a nice show at such a beautiful venue. The Fort Myers Skatium is a wonderful, large, air-conditioned facility There is plenty of room for crating and grooming. No electricity is available. The concession stand will be open for lunch. The club will host donuts/baked goods and coffee every morning. There is plenty of parking and an adjoining park where your dogs may be exercised. RV's and campers may stay overnight at no cost however there are no hookups available. http://fmskatium.org/
CLEAN UP- it is IMPORTANT that we keep our facility and grounds clean of dog excrement so that we may continue to use it. You MUST clean-up after your dogs and yourself inside and outside the Skatium and its surrounding grounds. If you do not clean-up after your dog, you will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given. Please report abusers to the Show Secretary. Please pay attention to your dogs! If your dog cannot control his/her pee inside the building, please use a belly band or diaper.

Personal belongings, crates and grooming equipment can remain overnight at the facility but the club and the facility are not responsible for any loss or damage. Dogs may NOT remain in the facility overnight. You may NOT use any type of spray inside the building as it gets on the floor and makes the floor dangerously slippery. Exhibitors doing so will be asked to leave as it endangers all exhibitors.
We are so very happy that many hotels in the vicinity have agreed to accept dogs and we will work cooperatively with them to assure that our exhibitors respect the properties. It is expected that all exhibitors staying at hotels will clean up after their dog/s and will keep the rooms clean of dog debris. Exhibitors not following hotel rules, nor cleaning up after their dogs will be reported to UKC.

Refund Policy:
Entry fees shall NOT be refunded once a dog is recorded in the Judges' Book by the Show Secretary. If, because of riots, civil disturbances, severe weather such as hurricanes or other acts beyond the control of the host organization it is impossible to open or to complete a show, no refunds will be given.
