General Information
-Event held Outdoors Under Cover-
DAY OF SHOW ENTRIES:
-NO CHECKS. CASH ONLY. NO E-CHECKS via PayPal
-DO NOT bring Sick dogs to the show site. DO NOT bring puppies or dogs that have had Parvo within 6 months of show date.
ENTERING ONLINE:
1) Email entry form and pay via PayPal @ GSMDC2005@gmail.com ADD 5% (percent) to Total.
2) Download an entry form from club site or UKC site, fill out, email to GSMDC2005@gmail.com.
3) Entry form MUST PRINT OUT in Landscape (longways). Printed Portrait (halfways) will NOT be accepted.
4) NO PHOTOS of entry forms will be accepted.
5) Per UKC rules, an Entry Form received without Payment is an Invalid Entry.
6) Any PayPal fees charged to GSMDC are passed on to entrant.
7) Checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $40 bank fee.
SPOT, CGC, CGCA, AKC Trick offered:
-Sign up with Aleana Yocum 859.777.3655 yocum1091@gmail.com (SPOT Evaluator Licensed)
-$25 per test: SPOT, CGC, CGCA, AKC Trick (must provide own equipment)
ENTRY LIMIT:
-175 dogs per show
REFUND POLICY:
-No Refunds in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, or excused by veterinarian or judge, or barred from competition by action of the Event Committee. No Refund of entries will be made because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the host organization which make it impossible to open or complete an event.
-Refund Exceptions:
1) If there is a Pandemic and show site is forced to be closed before first show date.
2) If there is a natural disaster that destroys the show site before first show date.
3) Bereavement of an immediate family member.
-A Copy of valid documentation for cancelling an entry must be sent to club. If it is a medical condition, a note from a physician needs to be submitted. (no health records needed)
-Injury or illness of dog proof of medical from veterinarian
-Should a refund be granted for any of the above conditions, a 20% administration fee will be withheld in addition to fees charged by UKC to club for each show the dog was entered.
-This Policy is in effect during Pre-Entry, Day of Show Entry and during competitions-
