General Information
BIEWER TERRIER SPECIALTY
Refund Policy
-Refund of entry fees canceled prior to the pre entry date will be refunded; $5 per entry will be retained by the club for processing of entries.
-Refund of entry fees will not be made for entries cancelled after the pre-entry deadline except in cases of extenuating circumstances which are approved by the club board on an individual basis. In cases where a refund is approved, $5 per entry will be retained by the club for processing of entries.
-Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a veterinarian or Judge, or barred from completion by action of the Event Committee or the United Kennel Club.
-If because of pandemics, acts of god, riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond control of the host organization it is impossible to open a complete show or trial, refunds will be made at the discretion of the Event Committee.
-Every effort will be made to find all duplicate entries before processing. If a duplicate entry is processed however, no refunds will be made.
Move up Policy
Class changes must be completed no later than one half hour prior to the start of any regular judging on the day of the show.
Substitution Policy
No entered or unentered dog may be substituted for another dog.
