General Information

Entry cancellations will be accepted up until the pre-entry closing date and full refund of entries made. Changes must be made to the secretary by email or in writing. Entry fees will not be refunded in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by judge or veterinarian, barred from competition by action of the show committee or UKC. No fees will be refunded if the show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbance, fire, extreme and/or dangerous weather conditions, an act of God, public emergency or any other causes beyond the control of the show committee. Refunds will be given to bitches that come into season after the closing date of the trial with a veterinarian's certificate prior to the start of the trial. No substitution of dogs will be allowed.
