As of January 29, 2024, UKC is thrilled to announce a new online entry service available for our licensed clubs.

This new entry site allows us to make the entire process easier for clubs and will allow us to take some of the headaches of handling event entries off your hands, so you can focus on the event itself. By using this in-house system, UKC can help you take on the concerns of handling the money, dealing with entries, and so on.

At no cost to the club, we build a custom entry page for your club's event and link it to your club's listing on the UKC Events Calendar. Once entries open, we collect the entry information and fees, and once they close, we send your club a check and the entry list. It's that simple! Less work for your Event Secretary, less work for your Treasurer, and easier for you and your club members.

UKC will utilize this new system for all of our national events moving forward and will make this new entry system available to our All-Breed Sports clubs, with rollouts to shortly follow for our various hunting segments. We encourage our licensed clubs to use this new site, which will provide an easier entry experience for exhibitors , as well as a streamlined process for the club itself.

The biggest benefit to exhibitors is that this new site will allow you to create a login for yourself, where you can save your dog's information and expedite the entry process. If you don't feel like creating another login, you can still simply go through the process as a guest, just like you have when entering UKC national events in the past.

This site will also use tags to allow you to search for other events, sortable by sport, state, city, and even in specific date ranges. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get entered for the events in which you want to participate.

We invite you to check out the new site and create a login for yourself while you're there; if you like what you see, we encourage you to bring this information back to your clubs. We have a handful of events already added and will be continually adding more as time goes on. UKC will be reaching out to individual clubs about the advantages and benefits this new site can provide.

UKC will continue our focus on new innovations to make processes quicker and easier for you, so you can showcase your Dogs That Do More™.
