Winter Classic Entry Waiver

UKC Entry Wavier

All events are held under the Official UKC Nite Hunt and Bench Show Rules and Regulations. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs or firearms will be allowed on the grounds or in the buildings on the day of a UKC Licensed event. UKC, its clubs and employees assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by spectators or by exhibitors and handlers, or to any of their dogs or property, and further assume no responsibility for injury to children not under the control of their parents or guardians. UKC and clubs are not responsible for loss, accidents or theft. By signing this form, I hereby agree to waive any claim, action, or lawsuit and further agree to indemnify and hold UKC, its clubs and any approved UKC Judge or Master of Hound harmless from any claims, actions or lawsuits resulting from my participation in this event, and any action, decision or judgment made by UKC or its club representative or approved Judge under the official UKC Rules and Regulations governing this event. I acknowledge that the current Official UKC Nite Hunt and Bench Show Rules are available to me, and that I am familiar with their contents. My payment indicates that I understand and agree to the above and to abide by all of the current Official UKC Nite Hunt and Bench Show Rules and Regulations. I have read and agree to the waiver on this form.

NITE HUNT REFUNDS

Refund Policy: If a female comes in heat, another dog that is registered to the same individual may be substituted. No refunds. If a dog dies, the Registration Certificate may be turned in at the UKC registration desk. Another dog that is registered to the same individual may be substituted or a refund may be requested.

If a dog is injured and cannot hunt at the Winter Classic, the owner must present a letter from a veterinarian on veterinary stationary, and another dog that is registered to the same individual may be substituted. No refunds.

BENCH SHOW REFUNDS

Refund Policy: Another dog that is registered to the same individual may be substituted. Changes or class move-ups will happen at the event. No refunds after advanced entries close.

UKC Media Waiver

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, winner grants UKC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free license to use winner and his/her dogs name, photograph, voice and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or renumeration of any kind for promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world. Event entrants and attendees give UKC, and parties designated by UKC, the absolute and irrevocable right to use their likeness derived from this event or show in perpetuity. UKC may use their likeness in many forms of media including television, Internet, print, Social Media, or other media either currently existing or developed in the future. If filmed in conjunction with the event, all rights to the material recorded by UKC and/or designated party, including sounds, negatives, outtakes, and images taken in the course of production will be the sole property of UKC and final use will be at UKCs sole discretion.
