Completed UKC Application for Feist Single Registration
Copy of your dogs registration certificate from a UKC acknowledged registry. For this breed, we acknowledge the American Kennel Club, the Canadian Kennel Club, the Kennel Club (of Great Britain), National Kennel Club or American Treeing Feist Association, the Independent Kennel Club, and any FCI affiliated registry (if available).
- Dogs with UKC registered parents do not need to provide proof of registration but should provide UKC registration numbers and names for the sire and dam.
Your dog's complete three generation pedigree (photocopy or handwritten pedigree accepted)
Three color photographs. One from each side and one from the front. Photos should be taken from eye level with the dog in a standing position.
Dogs can have no more than 1 off breed in the third generation.
