MOVE UP POLICY
Move ups will be allowed for all Elements & HD, all levels.
REFUND POLICY
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AFTER THE CLOSING DATE OF September 19, 2025
--EXCEPTION: for BITCHES in season with documentation from a vet.--
UPDD club per UKC rules will retain 50% of entry fees as a processing fee for any Nosework competitor who provides a veterinarians certificate verifying that a female came into season after the pre-entry deadline for entries. The certificate may be mailed, provided the postmark is no later than the date prior to the day of the trial, or delivered by hand to the event secretary before the publishes start time of the trial.
