General Information
REFUND POLICY
No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, an act of God, public emergency, act of public enemy, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee.
WITHDRAWAL: For bitches in season pulled after closing, the owner/handler must submit a written or emailed request to receive a refund of entry fees. Such withdrawal notifications must be submitted to the Trial Secretary no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the first day the dog is entered in the trial to be eligible for a refund of entry fees.
WAITING LIST INFORMATION: For these trials, Sarasota Obedience Training Club is offering a Waiting List to fill openings created by entries which are withdrawn after the trials closing. A maximum of 12 entries per trial will be placed on the Waiting List. All entries, including wait-listed entries, must be received by the Trial Secretary prior to the trials closing. If a withdrawn entry is replaced by a wait-listed entry, a full refund will be issued for the withdrawn entry. Any wait-listed entry that does not move off the Waiting List into the trial will receive a full refund. Withdrawn entries that are not replaced by a wait-listed entry will not receive a refund.
