PRE ENTRY FEES
OBEDIENCE - $20 2nd Entry for Same Dog, Same Trial.
RALLY OBEDIENCE - $20 2nd Entry for Same Dog, Same Trial.
REFUND POLICY
No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, an act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee. An exception to this will be those trials that operate under a winter weather policy clearly listed on the premium, for those trials alone, if the trial SITE cannot be utilized due to a severe weather situation, a full refund will be made. No entry fee will be refunded in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused, or barred from competition by the action of the Trial Committee. All refund requests received prior to the close of entries will be charged a $5.00 per day processing fee. A refund of entries minus $20 per dog for injured dogs/bitches in season will be granted when a veterinarian's letter is presented as proof to the Trial Secretary no later than one half hour prior to the start of the first class of the day of the trial. Letter must be on official Vet Letter Head. No copies, facsimiles or emails.
