REFUND POLICY
The Southeastern American Eskimo Dog Association will refund all entries in the case of a natural disaster or if the shows must be cancelled.
-We will refund PERFORMANCE ENTRIES if a female comes into season. Proof from a licensed veterinarian must be submitted or the exhibitor must bring female to the attention of one of the club members so that the female can be examined by using a tissue. There is NO refund of Conformation entries for a female in season.
-Entry fees shall not be refunded if a dog is absent, disqualified, excused or for errors on the entry forms. Owners are responsible for accuracy of information on the entry forms.
-Changes, additions, or corrections to entry forms must be submitted in writing or via email and received by the TRIAL SECRETARY BEFORE 6:00pm on the day before entries close.
-Entries will not be accepted without fees or signature. Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Event Secretary will add a $50 collection fee to the amount of each returned check.
-All requests for a refund must be accompanied by a reason.
--Requests Honored: Death of Immediate Family, Exhibitor Illness (Doctor Note required), or Dog Illness or Injury (Vet Note required) -- NO other requests will be honored.
-Refunds are subject to administrative fees of $3 per Class entered to a max. of $20.
