General Information

PRE-ENTRY INFORMATION

• Pre-entries by mail are due Feb. 18, 2026

• Online entries ONLY will be accepted through February 25, 2026

• Nosework: Before 212/26 early bird rates -- $28/ Element OR $100 for all four Elements (same dog/same rrial) -- Online entries remain open through 2/25/2026 at Standard Rates

• Conformation/Rally/Obedience: $100 -- All 4 shows if entered BEFORE THE DEADLINE DATE. (There is no charge for Junior Showmanship if the same dog is entered in a regular class and handled by the Junior.)

• Rally/Obedience: $25 -- Combo entries $25/class (Ex: URO2 & URO3 SAME TRIAL -- $50)

• $10 -- Junior Showmanship for pre-entry AND DOS entry. (There is no charge for Junior Showmanship if the same dog is entered in a regular class and handled by the Junior.)

• $15 -- Non-Licensed Puppy and Veteran classes

Entries submitted after DEADLINE DATE will not be subject to discounted fees.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• The Southeastern American Eskimo Dog Association will refund all entries in the case of a natural disaster or if the shows must be canceled.

• We will refund PERFORMANCE ENTRIES if a female comes into season and said female is entered in either Nosework, Obedience, or Rally Obedience. Proof from a licensed veterinarian must be submitted or the exhibitor must bring female to the attention of one of the club members so that the female can be examined by using a tissue. A full refund, subject to a $3.00 administration fee per class to a maximum of $20. There is NO refund if a female is entered in Conformation.

• Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused or for errors on the entry forms. Owners are responsible for accuracy of information on the entry forms.

• Changes, additions, or corrections to entry forms must be submitted in writing or via email and received by the TRIAL SECRETARY BEFORE 6:00 p.m. on the day that entries close.

• Entries will not be accepted without fees or signature. Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Event Secretary will add a $50 collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Email Entry forms-payment in full by CC, PayPal, Zelle or EagerDog can be made through the club website www.seaeda.org

REQUESTS HONORED:
**All requests for a refund must be accompanied by a reason**

• Death in the immediate family.

• Exhibitor is sick (must be accompanied by a doctors note)

• Dog entered is sick (must be accompanied by a veterinarian note.)

• No other request for refund will be honored. Refunds are subject to administrative fees of $3/class entered to a max of $20.

FRIDAY AFTERNOON:

At 3:30 PM, SEAEDA is offering a chance to practice in both Rally and Obedience. Each run will be $10.00. If doing both, the cost is $15.00.

ACCOMODATIONS:
RV hookups are now available. You must call the facility at 706.387.6221 to make a reservation. There are only 8 sites at the present time.
