These shows are PRE-ENTRY ONLY!

All checks must be made out to United States Schipperke Club.

• Email Entries: Send entries to seschipperkeclub@gmail.com. On-line entries may be submitted by scan or phone photo. Please ensure that the photo of the entry is as large as possible on the phone screen. DO NOT send payment to seschipperkeclub@gmail.com! Send payment to Paypal account of United States Schipperke Club, Inc. If using Paypal, please include the owner's name on the Paypal receipt.

ALL ENTRIES are due to Event Secretary no later than Friday, April 17 at 6 p.m. EDT, 2026.

• If sending using Priority, Express mail or a mail service, DO NOT require a signature.
• Southeast Schipperke Club is NOT responsible for errors on Entry Forms.
• Total Dog and/or Total Junior MUST be checked on ALL Forms: Conformation, Performance and/or Junior Entry Form; it is NOT the Southeast Schipperke Club's responsibility to verify this.
  • Conformation: $30 per entry. Discount for entering all 6 shows or trials. $150 for all 6 shows entered for the same dog.
  • Junior Showmanship: $5 if the same dog is entered in a regular class. Offering Best Junior and Reserve Best Junior Handler during Junior Showmanship (ALL 6 Shows)
  • Rally/Obedience: $30 per entry. Discount for entering all 6 shows or trials. $150 for all 6 trials entered for the same dog. Combo entries of 2 or more per trial, same dog-$25/class (Ex: URO2 & URO3 SAME TRIAL -- $50)
  • Non-Licensed Puppy and Veteran classes: $25 per entry or $100 for all 6 shows entered for the same dog.

There are NO DAY OF SHOW ENTRIES! Entries received after DEADLINE DATE will not be accepted.

ENTRY LIMITS
Conformation: Licensed Classes limited to 140 entries per show.
Obedience and Rally Obedience: Combined Entry total of 45 Entries per Trial

SPECIAL EVENT - Friday after Best In Show, a Handling Clinic will be conducted by Denise Simenauer. The clinic will be free of charge and everyone with their dog is invited.
SPECIAL EXHIBITION
Saturday, April 25 - A Red, White and Blue Costume Parade will be held during lunch time. Let's have FUN!!! To celebrate our 20th Anniversary and the 250th Anniversary of our country, we will hold a fun parade in the ring with dog and handler dressed in costume. Prizes will be given out for best costumes.
Sunday, April 26 - Best of the Best competition will be held after conclusion of All Breed BIS. After the Best in Show judging on Sunday, all of the winners of Best in Show, Reserve Best n Show, Best and Reserve Best Altered in Show, Best and Reserve Best in Show Veteran and Best and Reserve Best in Show Novice Puppy from all six shows will compete for BEST OF THE BEST! This is a very prestigious award and the winner will receive a gorgeous rosette and prize.

Refreshments - A food truck Honeybee Hotdogs and Lemonade will be there all three days.

CONFORMATION will be held Outdoors, under roof.
OBEDIENCE & RALLY OBEDIENCE will be held Indoors

RV PARKING / OVERNIGHT CAMPING

-$25 per Night for Pre-Registration, $30 per Night for Arrival w/out Pre-Registration
-NO Refunds AFTER 4/17/26 - Any Request for Refunds must be emailed to Nancy Dellamura. Email RV Reservations must be sent to Ndellamura@aol.com PayPal payment to Unites States Schipperke Club. Mail-in Reservations sent to Nancy Dellamura, 428 Hazelwood Road, Venice, FL 34293. Checks made out to United States Schipperke Club.

REFUND POLICY
1. No refund of entry fees will be made for entries cancelled after the Pre-Entry deadline, except in the case of bitches that come into season and are entered in PERFORMANCE EVENTS. If a female comes into season and said female is entered in either Obedience or Rally Obedience, proof from a licensed veterinarian must be submitted or the exhibitor must bring female to the attention of the Event Secretary so that the female can be examined by using a tissue. A full refund, subject to a $4.00 administration fee per class will be issued. In those cases, refunds may be obtained by providing the Southeast Schipperke Club, Event Secretary with a veterinarian's certificate verifying the bitch came into season after the closing date. The certificate may be mailed to the Event Secretary, provided the U.S. mail is not received later than April 22. It may be emailed to the Event Secretary no later than noon on April 23, or delivered by hand to the Event Secretary no later than 30 minutes before the start of the trials. There is NO refund if a female is entered in Conformation.
2. Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that the dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by the action of the Event Committee
3. If, because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the host organization it is impossible to open or to complete a show or trial, no refund of entry fees will be made.
4. Every effort will be made to find all duplicate entries before processing. If a duplicate entry is processed however, no refund will be made.
5. If, in the opinion of the host club, the well-being of dogs, exhibitors or spectators is at risk due to extreme weather conditions, the Host club may cancel or stop a show before completion. No refunds will be made in such case.
