Entries will be refunded under the following conditions: (1) If the club has to cancel the event due to
weather, or other unforeseen circumstances entries will be refunded in full, (2) If an entry is lame or "in
season" the owner may request a full refund or may substitute another dog for no additional charge, or
(3) if there is a change in judging assignment the owner may request a full refund.
