PRE-ENTRY SPECIAL
$30 Online Entry via EagerDog
REFUND POLICY
-Refund of entry fees cancelled prior to the pre entry date will be refunded; $5 per entry will be retained by ODS for processing of entries.
-Refund of entry fees will not be made for entries cancelled after the pre-entry deadline except in cases of extenuating circumstances which are approved by the club board on an individual basis. In cases where a refund is approved, $5 per entry will be retained by the club for processing of entries.
-Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a veterinarian or judge, or barred from completion by action of the Event Committee or the United Kennel Club.
-If because of pandemics, acts of god, riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of ODS, and it is impossible to open a complete show or trial, refunds will be made at the discretion of the Event Committee.
