General Information
REFUND POLICY
-Requests for cancelling entries prior to the closing date will be honored, subject to a $5 administrative fee per dog per trial. No refund of entry fees will be made for entries cancelled after the pre-entry closing date. Entry fees will not be refunded if a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by veterinarian or judge, or barred from competition by action of the Event Committee.
-No fees will be refunded if the show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, extreme and/or dangerous weather conditions, an Act of God, public, or any other cause beyond the control of the show committee.
-In the event a female comes into season and cannot compete in a performance event, entry fees will be refunded minus a $5 administrative fee per dog per trial provided that a veterinary note is provided. Written notice must be given no later than 12 hour prior to the start of any event.
