General Information
REFUND POLICY
1.Entry cancellations must be received in writing before the closing of pre-entries. Cancellation requests must be mailed or emailed to the event secretary. Requests must include the dog's UKC #, breed, name, and event type entered.
2.Cancellations submitted before the close of entries will be charged $5 per entered class/trial.
3.No refund of the entry fee will be made for entries canceled after the pre-entry closing date and time.
4.Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a veterinarian or judge, or barred from the competition by the action of the event committee.
5.Every effort will be made to find all duplicate entries before processing. However, if a duplicate entry is processed, refunds will be made.
6.Entry overpayments will be refunded.
7.If, because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the host club, it is impossible to open or complete an event, no entry fees will be refunded.
8.If, in the opinion of the host club, the well-being of dogs, exhibitors, or spectators is at risk due to extreme weather conditions such as but not limited to, snowstorms, hurricanes, tornados, lightening, or extreme heat, the host club may cancel an event before completion. No refunds will be made in such cases.
