REFUND POLICY
1. Entry cancellations MUST be received in writing to mountainviewdogclub@gmail.com Requests MUST include the dog's UKC number, registered name, breed, and event type. Cancellations received by any other method of communication will not be accepted.
2. Eligible refunds will exclude service fees from online entry websites and MVCA will retain $5 per entry fee for the processing of entries. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days.
3. Entries cancelled prior to the closing date for pre-entry or before limits have been reached will be refunded.
4. In the case of a female coming into season and are entered in Rally Obedience, a refund may be obtained by providing MVCA with a veterinarian's certificate verifying that the female came into season after the closing date. The certificate may be mailed or scanned and emailed to mountainviewdogclub@gmail.com no later than the day prior to the event or delivered by hand to the Event Secretary before the start of the Event.
5. Entry fees shall not be refunded if a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a veterinarian or judge, or barred from completion by action of the Event Committee or the United Kennel Club.
6. Every effort will be made to find all duplicate entries before processing. However, if a duplicate entry is processed, no refund will be made.
7. Entry overpayments may be donated to the MountainView Canine Association to further our next event.
8. If it is impossible to open a complete show or trial due to pandemic, Acts of God, riots, civil disturbances, extreme and/or dangerous weather conditions, or other acts beyond the control of MVCA no refund of entry fees will be made.
9. If, in the opinion of the host club, the well-being of dogs, exhibitors or spectators is at risk due to extreme weather conditions such as but not limited to snowstorms, hurricanes, tornados, flooding, lightning or extreme heat, the host club may cancel or stop an event before completion. No refunds will be made in such cases.
10. MountainView Canine Association, their agents, employees, etc., assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property.
11. Dogs MUST have a UKC Registration Number or Temporary Listing Number to be entered.
