REFUND POLICY
1. Entry fees will NOT be refunded after closing date except as follows:
A. In the case of a female coming into season and are entered in Rally Obedience, a refund may be obtained by providing MVCA with a veterinarian's certificate verifying that the female came into season after the closing date. The certificate may be mailed or scanned and emailed to mountainviewdogclub@gmail.com no later than the day prior to the event or delivered by hand to the Event Secretary before the start of the Event.
2. Eligible refunds will exclude service fees from online entry websites. In most cases, refunds will be issued within 7 business days.
3. Entry fees shall not be refunded if a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a veterinarian or judge, or barred from completion by action of the Event Committee or the United Kennel Club.
4. Every effort will be made to find all duplicate entries before processing. However, if a duplicate entry is processed, no refund will be made.
5. Entry overpayments may be donated to the MountainView Canine Association to further our next event.
6. If it is impossible to open or complete a show or trial due to a pandemic, Acts of God, riots, civil disturbances, extreme or dangerous weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond the control of MVCA, no refund of entry fees will be made; furthermore, if in the opinion of the host club the well-being of dogs, exhibitors, or spectators is at risk due to extreme weather conditions - including but not limited to snowstorms, tornadoes, flooding, lightning, or extreme heat or cold - the host club reserves the right to cancel or stop the event before completion, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
7. MountainView Canine Association, their agents, employees, etc., assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property.
8. Dogs MUST have a UKC Registration Number or Temporary Listing Number to be entered.
