REFUND POLICY
-The Middle Georgia Kennel Club will refund all entries in the case of a natural disaster or if the shows must be cancelled.
-We will refund if a female comes into season and said female is entered in either Weight Pull or Rally Obedience. Proof from a licensed veterinarian must be submitted or the exhibitor must bring female to the attention of one of the club members so that the female can be examined by using a tissue. There is NO refund if a female is entered in Conformation.
-Refunds for judge change will be accepted if the exhibitor is present at the show.
-Entry fees shall not be refunded if a dog is absent, disqualified, excused or for errors on the entry forms. Owners are responsible for accuracy of information on the entry forms.
-Changes, additions, or corrections to entry forms must be submitted in writing or via email on the appropriate change form that is available on the Middle Georgia KC Website https://middlegakennelclub.com and received by the TRIAL SECRETARY BEFORE 6:00 p.m. on the day before entries close.
-Entries will not be accepted without fees or signature. Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Event Secretary will add a $50 collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Email Entry forms-payment in full on the online entry that is found on the Middle Georgia Kennel Club website https://middlegakennelclub.com
-All requests for a refund must be accompanied by a reason.
-There is a $10 fee for refund per event, even if it is before close date. This applies to replacing an entered dog.
