General Information
ONLINE PRE-ENTRIES
For these events will NOT be taken. Exceptions may be made for Canadian and out of state exhibitors to accommodate for mail delays.
PRE ENTRY FEE
All four shows $100
REFUND POLICY
-Refund of entry fees canceled prior to the pre-entry date will be refunded.
-Refund of entry fees will not be made for entries cancelled after the pre-entry deadline, except in the case of extenuating circumstances which are approved by the event committee on an individual basis.
-Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a veterinarian or Judge, or barred from completion by action of the Event Committee or the United Kennel Club. In the case of a medical emergency arrangements may be made for an entry credit to a future show.
-If, because of pandemics, acts of God, riots, civil disturbances or other events beyond control of the host organization it is impossible to open a complete show or trial, refunds will be made at the discretion of the Event Committee.
-Every effort will be made to find all duplicate entries before processing. If a duplicate entry is processed however, arrangements will be made for an entry credit for a future show.
Move up Policy
Class changes must be completed no later than one half hour prior to the start of any regular judging on the day of the show.
Substitution policy
No entered or unentered dog may be substituted for another dog in conformation.
