REFUND POLICY
-All refunds are made in the event of a show cancellation-
--PRE-ENTRIES--
-Only refunds will be made available 3-4 days prior to the scheduled first day/ Show #1 event date. ---In order to receive a refund, the club secretary must be notified by phone no later than the 3rd day prior to the 1st scheduled event/show date. A reasonable justification will be required, family/dog emergency.
-In the event that there is a judge change, a refund will be granted less the recording fee for each entry/dog. This is for pre-entry exhibitors only.
--DOS ENTRIES--
-There are absolutely no day of show refunds.
