ENTRY PAYMENT
--Credit Card--
Pre-Entries may be submitted via email, but must be paid using a Credit/Debit Card. A 4.5% fee will be added to the total entry, and entry must be paid within 1 day of invoice receipt. We do not accept PayPal, or any other type of E-Commerce transactions. Contact the Event Secretary for more information.
--Checks--
Pre-Entries being paid by check must be mailed to the appropriate Event Secretary handling the specific event, and received on or before the Pre-Entry deadline date.
--Day of Show--
All DOS entries must be CASH or CHECK ONLY.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
An injured dog may be replaced with another dog for same event type, but only with Veterinarian verification and before deadline date.
REFUND POLICY
A refund may be issued at the discretion of the K9 Fanciers club for death of a dog or exhibitor. The request must outline the reason and be received in writing, prior to the first scheduled (Published) show. The club may request a statement or certificate of passing.
