PRE-ENTRY PAYMENTS
Credit Cards may be used for Pre-Entry payment ONLY - Add 4.5% Fee to CC Payments

REFUND POLICY
-No refunds after deadline date. Substitution An injured dog may be replaced with another dog for same event type, but only with a Veterinarian verification and before deadline date. Credit cards may be used for Pre-Entries Only. All Day of Show entries must be cash or checks only. For credit cards please contact the corresponding event secretary for that event. 4.5% fee.
-Refund minus $10 for handling fee. (credit card transaction will not include the 4.5% fee) For injured dog-WITH Veterinary document. Must be submitted by the Pre deadline date for entries. Club will allow for replacing one dog with another-only with veterinary slip, BEFORE PRE-ENTRY DEADLINE DATE.
-No refund if exhibitor is sick or injured or death in family. No refund for personal issues. No refunds on bad weather. Shows will be held, unless shut down by the state for unknown reasons.
