REFUND POLICY
We understand that plans can change. To accommodate unforeseen circumstances, we offer refunds for our dock diving event registrations under the following conditions:
--Refund Eligibility--
-Full refunds are available for cancellation requests submitted on or before July 1, 2025.
-No refunds will be issued for requests made after this date
--How to Request a Refund--
-Send an email to ironpawsretrievers@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request [Your Name]."
-Include your full name, contact information, and the details of your registration.
--Processing Time--
-Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving a valid request.
-Funds will be returned via the original payment method.
--Non-Refundable Circumstances--
-No refunds will be granted for no-shows or cancellations made after July 1, 2025.
-Exceptions may be considered for emergencies, provided appropriate documentation is submitted.
