CONFORMATION ENTRY LIMIT

TOTAL DOG BEST IN SHOW
We are offering total dog best in show on Saturday March 7th after Regular Best in show. If your dog qualifies on Friday or Saturday for total dog you can sign up for total dog best in show. A signup sheet will be provided at the front desk (you must sign up on this sheet to be included in total dog best in show. Dogs will be divided into group 4 groups and 3 will be selected from each group and move on to total dog best in show. We will offer a rosette and prizes for total dog best in show and five awards of merit. Total dog best in show will start immediately after the completion of show 2.
PHOTOS
HRKC offers a photo booth for everyone to enjoy! We encourage you to have fun, but please be mindful and keep the area neat and orderly. The booth is available for anyone with a camera or phone so lets share the space take turns and feel free to help each other out!

CAMPING INFO
-On-Site Camping is offered on a "First Come, First Serve" Basis
-Dry Camping is $35 per night (Vehicle, RV, Tent),
-Electric is $40 per night / Water & Electric is $45 per night
--Sign up and Pay for RV parking at check in BEFORE receiving your armband number please--

SHOW SITE RULES & EXPECTATIONS
-Exercise pens are designed for multiple dogs and should be configured to minimize space.
-Mats are only permitted under exercise pens, not for space-saving purposes.
-Efficient space usage is essential to accommodate all exhibitors.
-Please do NOT block taped walkways.
-Use standard-sized folding chairs; avoid oversized chairs.
-Stack crates when safe to do so.
-No one is to go in the back field near the auction barn, or out front past the fence line.
-Do not allow children to play in buildings or on the stage.
-NO OFF LEAD DOGS - The fair grounds has asked this of us and we need to respect that
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be issued up until Pre-Entry closing date. refunds will be issued in the case of a COVID cancellation.
