CONFORMATION RUNNING ORDER
We will run 3 rings with Ring 1 and ring 2 starting at 9 am and ring 3 flowing at 9:30 AM
--The ring orders every day will be as follows:
(Note on Friday Only: The BSDs will be in Ring 1 after Show 1 Guardian group is complete)

HRKC offers a photo booth for everyone to enjoy! We encourage you to have fun, but please be mindful and keep the area neat and orderly. The booth is available for anyone with a camera or phone so lets share the space take turns and feel free to help each other out!
--Please note that photos with judges will be prioritized--
CAMPING INFO
-On-Site Camping is offered on a "First Come, First Serve" Basis
-Dry Camping is $35 per night (Vehicle, RV, Tent),
-Electric is $40 per night / Water & Electric is $45 per night
--Sign up and Pay for RV parking at check in BEFORE receiving your armband number please--

SHOW SITE RULES & EXPECTATIONS
-Exercise pens are designed for multiple dogs and should be configured to minimize space.
-Mats are only permitted under exercise pens, not for space-saving purposes.
-Efficient space usage is essential to accommodate all exhibitors.
-Please do NOT block taped walkways.
-Use standard-sized folding chairs; avoid oversized chairs.
-Stack crates when safe to do so.
-No one is to go in the back field near the auction barn, or out front past the fence line.
-Do not allow children to play in buildings or on the stage.
-NO OFF LEAD DOGS - The fair grounds has asked this of us and we need to respect that
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be issued up until Pre-Entry closing date. refunds will be issued in the case of a COVID cancellation.
