General Information
REFUND POLICY
-Refund of entries cancelled prior to pre-entry closing date, will be refunded; a $5.00 per entry will be retained by the club for processing the entries.
Refund of entry fees will not be made for entries cancelled after the pre-entry deadline, except in cases of extenuating circumstances which are approved by the club board on an individual basis. If refund is approved a $5.00 per entry will be retained by the club for processing of entries.
-Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that the dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a veterinarian, judge, or barred from completion by action of the Event Committee or the United Kennel Club
-If acts of God, pandemics, riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the hosting organization are unable to open or complete a show/trial, refunds will be made at the discretion of the event committee.
