General Information
REFUND POLICY
--JUDGE CHANGES--
In the event of a Judge change a refund can be processed within 10 days after the show with a written request to the show chair. Issued back via check, mail or in person with receipt.
--DOGS IN SEASON--
Substitutions are accepted if the the dog being shown is owned by the individual rather then a refund if requested prior to the show.
--EVENT CANCELLATION--
If the show is cancelled due to riots, civil disturbances extreme weather or acts beyond the clubs control, no refunds will be made.
--SERVICE FEES--
Online processing fees and service fees are non refundable
--ABSENT / DISQUALIFIED--
No refunds for absent, disqualified, excused by veterinarian or barred from competition by action of the event committee.
