General Information
PRE-ENTRY SPECIALS

- $260 --12 Runs (Can Include Multiple Dogs)
REFUND POLICY
Elgin Dog Sports Club will provide a full refund to any competitor who must withdraw from our Trial, provided the club is notified in writing to the Trial Secretary. Our club will require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the Trial for any refunds to occur. If 24 hours' notice is not given, there will be no refunds.
PAYMENTS
- Pre-Trial payments can be made by Cheque or E-Transfer.
- E-Transfers are the preferred payment method.

- Day-of-Show payments can be made by Cash, Cheque, E-Transfer
- Note: Should the show fill up prior to the closing date, there will be no Day-of-Show entries permitted. We will post an update with as much notice as possible.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Lunches will only be provided for our judges. Exhibitors, please bring your own food. The nearest restaurants are approximately 10 minutes away.
- Inside crating is available for this trial.
- Volunteer VEHICLES are always needed and appreciated. Please contact the Trial Secretary if you can volunteer your vehicle for any amount of time during the day.
