ENTRY PAYMENTS
-Pre-Trial payments can be made by Cheque or E-Transfer.
-E-Transfers are the preferred payment method.
-E-Transfers can be sent to: edsc.nosework@gmail.com
-Cheques should be made out to: Elgin Dog Sport Club.
-Cheques should be mailed to: Charlene Williams @ 506 Broadway St, Tillsonburg, Ontario, Canada N4G 3S7.
-Day-of-Show payments can be made by Cash, Cheque, or E-Transfer -- Note: Should the show fill up prior to the closing date, there will be no Day-of-Show entries permitted. We will post an update with as much notice as possible.
IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION
-Lunches will only be provided for our judges. Exhibitors, please bring your own food. Pizza place in Vittoria.
-Additional restaurants are approximately 15 minutes away.
-Inside crating is available for this trial. The property has lots of green space and parking.
-Volunteer VEHICLES are always needed and appreciated. Please contact the Trial Secretary if you can volunteer your vehicle for any amount of time during the day.
-Vittoria is a beautiful, historical village that was founded in 1796 and was one of Upper Canadas early capitals. Lake Erie is just a few minutes away and there are lots of unique places to visit and stay. Make it a mini vacation with your dog(s) and book nearby pet-friendly accommodations (camping, glamping, cottages, etc.).
REFUND POLICY
Elgin Dog Sports Club will provide a full refund to any competitor who must withdraw from our Trial, provided the club is notified in writing to the Trial Secretary. Our club will require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the Trial for any refunds to occur. If 24 hours' notice is not given, there will be no refunds.
