General Information
If a refund is requested prior to Noon CST of the Pre-entry closing date (8/5/22), the refund minus $30 processing fee- may be credited. If the entry is cancelled after Pre-entry closing date, a refund will not be provided.
If a female comes in season, 50% of the entry will be refunded if a veterinarians statement to that effect is received after the pre-entry deadline and at least 24 hours before the start of the trial.
If a team is excused from the trial grounds due to issues of safety or conduct, no refund will be offered.
