General Information
REFUND POLICY
- If a refund is requested prior to Noon CST of the Pre-Entry closing date, the refund minus $30 processing fee may be credited. If the entry is cancelled after the Pre-Entry closing date, a refund will not be provided.
- If a female comes into season, 50% of the entry will be refunded if a veterinarians statement to that effect is received after the Pre-Entry deadline ad at least 24 hours before the start of the trial.
- If a team is excused from the trial grounds due to issues of safety or conduct, no refund will be offered.
