REFUND POLICY
Refunds less a $5 processing fee will be granted for females coming into season or for injured
dogs. Request must be made to Trial Secretary in writing, including a veterinarian certificate and must
be received before beginning of trial.
No entry fees will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil
disturbance, fire, extreme &/or dangerous weather conditions, an act of God, public emergency or any
cause beyond the control of Competition Dogs of the Ozarks or the show committee
