General Information
REFUND POLICY
-No entry fees will be refunded is the trial cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbance, fire, extreme &/or dangerous weather conditions, an act of God, public emergency or any cause beyond the control of Competition Dogs of the Ozarks or the Show Committee.
- Bitches in season may not compete. CDO will refund all but $75 of each class entry fees if veterinarian certification is received by trial secretary no later than 6:00 pm the day prior to the first day of the trials. This policy also applies to dogs injured after closing. Full refund will be made if notified prior to closing date. After closing, refunds will not be given for any other reason.
Entry fees will not be refunded for dogs excused for any reason.
If Competition Dogs of the Ozarks cancels the trial for any reason, full refunds will be sent to entrants.
