General Information
REFUND POLICY
-If a refund is requested prior to noon CST of the pre- entry closing date, the refund- minus a $30 processing fee- may be credited. If the entry is cancelled after the pre-entry closing date a refund will not be provided.
-If a female comes in season, 50% of the entry will be refunded if a veterinarians statement to that effect is received after the pre-entry deadline and at least 24 hours before the start of the trial.
-If a team is excused from the trial grounds due to issues of safety or conduct, no refund will be offered.
