General Information
PRE-ENTRY SPECIALS
- $70 -- Same Dog All 4 Shows
REFUND POLICY
- Entry fees shall NOT be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by veterinarian or judge, or barred from competition by the action of the Event Committee. If, because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the host organization it is impossible to open or to complete a show, refunds will be at the discretion of the Event Committee. Day of show entries will not be refunded under any circumstances. In the event that there are judge changes, a refund will be granted for pre-entry exhibitors only. All refunds are given in the event of show cancellations. No Canadian checks. A $35.00 fee will be accessed for returned checks.
- All personal belongings, crates and grooming equipment must be removed at the conclusion of each day.
- UKC & Central Indiana Coonhound Conformation Club are not responsible for loss, accidents or theft. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages or unprescribed drugs will be allowed on the grounds, or while participating in the events, or in the building the day of a UKC Licensed Event.
- UKC and Central Indiana Coonhound Conformation Club assume no responsibility for any damage or injury sustained by the exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property, and further assume no responsibility for injury to children not under the control or their parents or guardians.
