REFUND POLICY
-Refunds must be requested of the trial secretary by mail, email, or phone call.
-A full refund, subject to a $5.00 administration fee, will be granted for requests made prior to the closing of pre-entries.
-After the closing of pre-entries and before the closing of day of show entries, the only refunds that will be made will be in the case of a bitch coming into season, injury to the dog, or illness of the dog. A note from the veterinarian may be required at trial secretary's discretion. A full refund, subject to a $5.00 administration fee, will be made in such cases.
