REFUND POLICY
-Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that the dog is absent, disqualified or excused by the Veterinarian or Judge.
-Refunds will be provided for persons withdrawing prior to the Pre-registration deadline, which is one week prior to the scheduled trial. AWAC will retain a $5.00 handling fee for processing the early withdrawal.
-If it is impossible to operate, or complete the show, due to acts beyond control of the management, no refund of entry fee will be made.
