Coonhound Missing Reports

MISSING REPORTS
When reports are not turned in, UKC cannot properly process wins, update records, and issue titles for the dogs and handlers who supported your club. This is unfair to the participants who took the time, traveled, paid entries and earned those wins.

There are several clubs on this list that are only missing one round of a double header nite hunt - in many cases, this is turning out to be a case where the club has combined the results of hunt 1 and hunt 2. However, this is not the correct procedure. Double header hunts MUST be reported as two separate hunts by clicking on the "Add Hunt" button within the form. If this is true of your club, please get in contact with us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary corrections.
