Welcoming Aidan and Parker to Customer Service & Registration!

September 17, 2025

Behind the scenes, we've been focusing on prompt service and re-aligning our team to respond faster and serve you better. This includes expanding our leadership team in the Customer Support & Registration Department.

Working in lockstep with longtime Director of Customer Support & Registration Taylor Armstrong, meet the new Registration Manager Parker Radcliffe; and new Manager of Quality Assurance Aidan Sorensen. They are leaning in to move UKC forward.

They join Chaz Weatherford, our Customer Support Manager, who has been with UKC for over a year. Many of you met him at Autumn Oaks in 2024. Chaz has a deep knowledge of our customers and registration. Known for his calm leadership and practical approach, Chaz is a steady, trusted presence for both staff and customers.

Parker comes to UKC with eight years of military experience as a Sergeant in the US Marines, as well as 6+ years as a team leader for a nationwide warehousing facility and time as a manager at UPS and Harley Davidson. He believes in honesty, doing the right thing, and has no patience for excuses. He was onsite for questions at Autumn Oaks in the Hunt Building. Parker spends his free time in the woods, on the water, and on the golf course. Parker and his wife, Carissa, are expecting their first child just a few days after the posting of the this notice.

Thank you for your patience and for allowing us the opportunity to serve you.

Founded in 1898, UKC has been dedicated to enhancing the lives of Dogs That Do More, and their owners, by providing essential resources to help owners and breeders make informed decisions. The dog-human bond is celebrated through family-friendly programs highlighting the instincts and heritage of purebred and mixed-breed dogs alike at over 18,000 licensed events annually.
