UKC Virginia Classic is officially cancelled for 2020

November 20, 2020

Email: classic@ukcdogs.com

The 2020 Virginia Classic has officially been cancelled.

Due to the rising cases of covid-19 in many areas and increased government orders in many states, United Kennel Club has moved to cancel the 2020 Virginia Classic with the safety all participants in mind. We will be very sad to miss you this year, but we are looking forward to the Virginia Classic in 2021.

All entries into the UKC Virginia Classic will be automatically refunded in the same manner that payment was provided. Credits back to your card will show up in just a few days. Your patience is appreciated.

In the meantime, the Hampton Roads Kennel Club will hold a Total Dog Regional Qualifying Event on March 5, 6, and 7, 2021 in Courtland, Virginia. Those hoping to qualify for the Total Dog Invitational can plan to participate in conformation, Weight Pull, and Rally at this event.

Thank you all for your understanding during these times. We wish you all a happy and safe holiday season!

Guided by the belief that dogs make a difference by being the best partner a human can have in the field, on the job, or in a competition event, UKC is a community for people and dogs to pursue excellence together. Founded in 1898, UKC has been dedicated to enhancing the lives of Dogs That Do More, and their owners, by providing essential resources to help owners and breeders make informed decisions. The dog-human bond is celebrated through family-friendly programs highlighting the instincts and heritage of purebred and mixed-breed dogs alike at over 15,000 licensed events annually.
