UKC Registration Processing: Updates & Info
Thank you for your patience
June 11, 2021
We are here!
UKC has been back in the office for over a year now, and our team continues to work six days a week with extended hours to process the unprecedented influx of registration submissions and requests. If you haven't gotten yours, please know that we are working through them as quickly as we can. Lagging mail service each way also impacts time and is certainly noticeable to you. We're aware of this, and we hear your frustrations. Know that we're not only open, but we're hiring and have been actively recruiting and growing our team throughout 2020 and 2021. We take pride in our service and want to make sure you get the speed and quality of response you need. The sheer volume of registration applications in the past 14 months, far more than any other 14-month period in our 120+ year history, has led to things being a lot slower than you or we would like.
We have updates on where things stand at the top and bottom of our website on the home page. If it has been *eight weeks or more,* please reach out to us via the mobile-friendly chat function on our website so we can get your situation resolved. We value you, your dog(s), and your dedication to breeding, training, and pursuing excellence at UKC events. We want to make sure that if something is wrong, we get it fixed right away.
If at any point you want to check on your status or ask a question, we have chat support available during regular working hours. It's faster and easier than a phone call, mobile friendly, and with a real person on the other end, not a bot. Most chat questions can be resolved in less than five minutes. Just click on the little black box that loads on the lower right-hand side of every page of our site.
Guided by the belief that dogs make a difference by being the best partner a human can have in the field, on the job, or in a competition event, UKC is a community for people and dogs to pursue excellence together. Founded in 1898, UKC has been dedicated to enhancing the lives of Dogs That Do More, and their owners, by providing essential resources to help owners and breeders make informed decisions. The dog-human bond is celebrated through family-friendly programs highlighting the instincts and heritage of purebred and mixed-breed dogs alike at over 15,000 licensed events annually.
