Over the past few years, many of you have shared frustrations about slow turnaround times. I want you to know, weve heard you. We agree, it's not where our standards should be, and were determined to change that.
We know these delays haven't just been frustrating, they've sometimes caused stress and inconvenience for you, your dogs, and your events.
Over the past few months, weve taken important steps to rebuild the level of service you deserve:
- Focusing on Prompt Service: Since mid-July, we've been consistently processing registration paperwork within 10 days of receipt, and w're proud to have maintained that for nearly two months and counting.
- Forgiving Small Fee Discrepancies: Small fee discrepancies no longer delay your applications, thanks to lowering our "fee due" thresholds.
- Your Voice Matters: A brief survey in our online chat now gives you the chance to share feedback, and we're listening closely. Were grateful for everyone who has already shared honest feedback with us
- A Stronger Team: We've welcomed skilled new staff, including two new managers, to ensure your requests are handled promptly.
- Coming Soon: In mid-September, we'll launch an improved online litter application for an even smoother experience
I know youre probably thinking, "Well thats easy to say..." and youre right. I can tell you this, but ultimately, we must prove it to you, and we are going to do just that. I sincerely hope you give us the opportunity to do so. We are committed to earning back your trust. Moving forward, our goal is simple: to deliver the level of service you expect, without the delays of the past. These changes are only the beginning. Our long-term goal is to make UKC Registration a model of reliability in the dog world.
Thank you for your patience, your feedback, and your continued support as we turn the page to this new chapter.
Looking forward,
-Taylor
