Upgraded Processing Options & Refunds
May 18, 2020
Expedited, Rush, and Next Day Air processing options are again available as of last Friday, May 15th at 1 p.m., ET!
Note: if you provided payment for these accelerated options in the month of April 2020 while we were unable to fill the orders at that speed due to statewide regulations within Michigan related to staffing and COVID-19 safety, your regular paperwork has been processed and your upgraded fees are being refunded. Those refunds will arrive via check and all have been mailed no later than today, May 18th. We appreciate your patience.
If you provided payment for accelerated shipping options from May 1st to May 15th (before we were able to offer upgrading processing again) but have not received your completed paperwork yet, do not be alarmed. We are currently processing May incoming orders. You will be contacted via phone this week to discuss your options. There will be no charges for any services you do not receive. If you wish to pay for the upgraded processing at this time, we are providing these services again, and your paperwork will be processed at the accelerated rate. If you wish to be refunded for the upgraded fee and do not want to pursue upgraded processing any longer, please let us know when you are contacted. We will be happy to provide you with the processing that meets your needs.
Paperwork received without upgraded processing fees will continue to be processed at the regular rate. There is no need to contact our office to discuss upgraded fees if you did not indicate as such or include that extra fee in your original order. The projected current turnaround time for received paperwork while we are still on a statewide stay-home order is 10 business days not including mail time.
We appreciate your patience as we work through this adjusted processing capacity. We will continue to do our best to serve you as quickly and safely as possible in the current situation.
