We're Pressing Pause (Briefly) to Better Serve You

Temporary Pause in Live Support on June 12-13, 2025

June 6, 2025

Email: registration@ukcdogs.com

We wanted to give you a heads-up that the UKC team will be unavailable by phone and online chat on June 12th and 13th, 2025.

Why? We're taking a short break from real-time conversations on June 12th and June 13th so we can roll up our sleeves and focus on the elephant in the room - catching up on existing service commitments (incoming registration waiting to be processed), which deserves our full attention. The turnaround time has been too slow.

We know that timely responses matter - and we truly regret any added frustration this temporary no-contact pause may cause, especially for those who've already been waiting to reach us about a question or concern.

By stepping away from real-time communication briefly, for just two days, we can make essential progress on the tasks that impact your experience directly.

We will return to regular business hours and availability on Monday, June 16th at 8:30am ET.

With appreciation,
-UKC

Guided by the belief that dogs make a difference by being the best partner a human can have in the field, on the job, or in a competition event, UKC is a community for people and dogs to pursue excellence together. Founded in 1898, UKC has been dedicated to enhancing the lives of Dogs That Do More, and their owners, by providing essential resources to help owners and breeders make informed decisions. The dog-human bond is celebrated through family-friendly programs highlighting the instincts and heritage of purebred and mixed-breed dogs alike at over 18,000 licensed events annually.
