Katina Childers to Judge Final Rounds at the 2025 Coonhound World Championship

September 4, 2025

We have an update to report regarding Bench Show judging at the upcoming Coonhound World Championship:

We had originally reported that Johnny Brinkley would be the final round judge. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, he has had to withdraw from this assignment. UKC wishes him all the best, and we're sure we'll see him again soon. But with that in mind, we had to find a replacement.

Now judging the Coonhound World Championship Final Rounds will be Katina Childers of West Alexandria, Ohio. Congratulations and thank you Katina for taking on this assignment on short notice.

Founded in 1898, UKC has been dedicated to enhancing the lives of Dogs That Do More, and their owners, by providing essential resources to help owners and breeders make informed decisions.
