Hey everyone! Hope youre all having a great week. Ive been seeing a lot of back-to-school posts on social media, so its that time of year already. For the Wade Family, we still have a couple of weeks until school kicks off so as I type this, I am looking over the gulf, waiting on the sun to come up a little more before we head down to the beach. So, forgive me if this one isnt as long as the bulletins typically are. Lets jump right in
PAST EVENTS
Again, we didnt have anything listed on the Major Event or Youth Championship schedules last weekend, so there isnt much to share here, result wise. You can be sure you get all the latest major event results on our website, right here: COONHOUND STANDINGS AND RESULTS
UPCOMING RESULTS
We finally have some action on the Major Event Schedules after a bit of a lull. This weekend there are two state championships, one youth state championship, and seven RQEs in seven different states, including KY, LA, MO, NE, OK, PA, and TN. Good luck and safe travels to all competing this weekend!
- West Virginia State Championship in Middlebourne, West Virginia
- Minnesota State Championship in Foreston, Minnesota
- Ohio State Youth Championship in New Philadelphia, Ohio
* If someone could send results from these events to twade@ukcdogs.com, I would sure appreciate it!
WHATS HAPPENING?
Its time folks. There is one week left to get pre-entered into the 2025 Autumn Oaks! Deadline to enter is next Monday, August 11th, at midnight Eastern Time. Dont miss out on the event where history is made! For more information or to enter: Autumn Oaks
Just so its not lost in the shuffle, entries for the 2025 Coonhound World Championship are still open and will be until the Tuesday after Labor Day. You HAVE to pre-enter your qualified dog to compete in that event. For more information or to enter: Coonhound World
Let us not forget, you have to enter and compete in both of those events, as well as the Winter Classic back in February, in order to be eligible to win UKCs Triple Crown. Right now 24 hounds are tied atop the leaderboard with 100 points, having secured double cast wins at Winter Classic. Ill share those 24 hounds next week in the bulletin.

On this weeks episode that drops tomorrow, Allen and I will be reviewing the 2025 Youth Nationals as well as the 2025 chartered breed day events. I hope you enjoy both episodes. Id love to hear your feedback!
